As a specialty trained and Board Certified Oral and Maxillofacial surgeon, Dr. Chris Tye is licensed in the state of Texas as a physician and dentist. He practices the full scope of oral and maxillofacial procedures with expertise ranging from corrective jaw surgery, wisdom teeth removal, dental implants and cosmetic facial procedures like nose reshaping, eye lifts and even complete face lifts. He can also diagnose and treat facial injuries and TMJ disorders, and performs a full range of dental implant procedures ranging from replacing one tooth to full mouth implant restorations in as little as a day.
